Yesterday I arranged to meet with my friend Lidia.
We met in the Castle Square.
We had coffee and talked about life, our jobs (you could have "work" here instead of "our jobs"), friends, and travels.
We strolled through the Old Town and looked at the historic buildings, and watched people and street artists.
We ate ice-creams and waffles.
I like meeting with Lidia.
Our next meeting is in two weeks as Lidia doesn't have any time before then.

Oto co napisała mi w sprawie pewnego ważnego wyrażenia:
*"watched" implies you are looking at an action, e.g. watched football,
watched tv. If what you are looking at is stationary then you must say
"looked at" e.g. looked at a painting, looked in the mirror.
Now I understand!
