Where is summer?

Today is cold.
It's raining!
The sky is not blue, but dark and grey!
I'm having a coffee and thinking: Where is the sun? Where is  summer?
I'd like to read a book in the sun on the balcony!
I'd like to paint a picture in the fields!
I'd like to wear a silk dress!
I'd like to look at the flowers in my garden!
I'd like to have a vacation!!!
It's impossibile!
